This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the purchase and delivery of products through the coloredgemstudio.com website
By placing an order through this website you automatically agree to our general terms and conditions and privacy policy. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. When purchasing any product on this website, the buyer will receive an order confirmation and will enter into a full contract with us. You also warranty that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All product orders are subject of availability. We reserve the right to limit our services or refuse orders to any person or geographic area. We may exercise this right on a case to case basis at our discretion.
Prices:
Prices are in US dollars ($US). All prices are final, unless otherwise agreed in the dialogue between us and the buyer. We reserve the right to change the price of any product on our website at our sole discretion, depending of market situation, as long as buyer have not placed an order for that product.
Handling fees and possible import duties at the buyer's country are the responsibility of the recipient. Prices are valid at the time of order. Shipping costs can be choosed and added at the time of checkout. The minimum order amount is US$100 plus shipping.
Payments:
We currently accept only PayPal payments.
Payment by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro) via PayPal. Your data is sent with SSL protection, which fully encrypts all your data.
You can place an order by putting the goods in the cart and filling out the order form, or contact us via instant messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram widget in the left bottom corner of the page) from 10 am to 10 pm. (GMT+04:00) or via e-mail contact form.
During the order process we ask for your e-mail and/or phone number in the case that we have any questions about your order. We’re committed to keeping your personal information confidential. The information we collect is not shared with anyone else for any reason, ever! It is only used to process of your payments and process your parcels at the post office.
Shipping:
All gemstones are in stock. Usually we ship the parcel in the next two business days after the day we receiving the payment.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. The countries which we deliver can be selected from the list in the shopping cart. If the country is not listed, then we do not deliver to that country.
Shipping options:
All of our parcels are trackable. We provide tracking number for all our packages.
1. Ordinary International post - shipping cost 10-16 $ US. Depends of the buyer location.
2. EMS Speed post – 60-70 $ US.
For some countries available shipping by EMS Speed post only.
Shipping costs will be calculated after placing the goods in the shopping cart and specifying the country of delivery and shipping method. The usual delivery time to EU and US is from 15 to 30 days for both shipping methods. But EMS parcels are trackable in those countries of delivery where tracking is not available for regular post and can be delivered by courier to your door if this method available in your country.. In the most cases shipping time it depends of the customs processing time in the country of the recipient. But sometimes there are delays. If for some reason you do not receive the package within 90 days, we will refund your money in accordance with PayPal policies.
Return policy:
Buying gemstones online presents challenges, due to the uncertain output of computer monitors, the difficulty in interpreting photos online. We take photos and videos of our gems with professional photography equipment with 7-10x magnification, in diffused and reflected light to show the clarity of our gemstones. You can see the inclusions inside the stone if is there. We don't do photos and videos in direct light but we use the reflectors to send some light into the stone to show it brilliance. We trying to show the real stone as much as technically possible. But it is difficult to convey through video and photo shooting, the real color, tone and luster of gemstone in the same way as you were holding a stone in the hand. For those reasons, we offer a 10-days inspection period for all our gems. If the original appearance of the gemstone is preserved, the buyer has the right to refuse the purchase and send gemstone back, just if you do not like the stone or is not suitable for you. Buyer need to inform us in the 10 days, after the day since you receiving the parcel. And must send stone to the back address in the next three days. Buyer pays for return shipping. The parcel must be with tracking number. Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of receipt of the returned item. Buyer will be notified about approval of refund. Refunds will be made within 72 hours after we receive the back package, to the same account from which the payment was made. Items returned must be in the same condition as they were when they were delivered to you. No gemstone will be accepted for a refund if it has been set, scratched, polished, chipped, fractured or has been altered in any way. We recommend that you do not set your gemstone until you fully intend to keep it!
